What we’re looking for:
- LSW or LAC in New Jersey.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in community settings.
- Reliable transportation.
- Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous community-based or behavioral health experience is a plus.

Aliado Community Health is a community-based mental health agency serving children and families across New Jersey through both in-home and telehealth services.We started Aliado with a simple belief: clinicians deserve better support.Too often in community mental health, talented professionals feel overwhelmed, isolated, and buried in paperwork.
